Today at 19:40 I was @ Milky Lane GreenStone and I witnessed one of the staff members getting suspended in front us customers, the 2 male bosses who went to an extent of reading the employees contract which is supposed to be private and confidential in front of me and my girlfriend and everyone else that was there around sitting, they were also forcing hr to sign documents which they were not even allowing her to go through or even give her to take home before signing them, I and my girlfriend are very disappointed and very upset rather disturbed by the whole situation because they could have had their disciplinary hearing in their back office rather than doing this in front of us customers, it really disturbed us to a point that we had to leave without enjoying what we had orderd. It is really disappointing to see that there are bosses who still treat their staff like that, its really dissapointing, and very ugly more than anything very immoral, this lady's privacy was abused and apparently according to other staff members that were also there this happens all the time, I mean they could have atleast waited till they close or even before opening to do this. We are dissapointed.
