Pay for no food received

When order our food on 29 Sep 2013 15:47, we received the parcell and went outside. Then i asked my husband where are the Crusher drink that i wanted, so he said he forgot and when back to fetch one. The same lady helped him, and when he paid with a R 50.00, she want's to give him change of R 4.10, and the drink cost R 15.90. When my husband said to her it's not the right change, she replied, she thought it was a R 20 note. "Colour blind, or what". So whe drove back the 18 kilo's to our farm, only to discover the order was incomplete. No Twister, no Colonel burger, and then i saw 1 Pc chiken was added to the bill, that we didn't oder, and also not in the parcell. When i phoned the branch, nor answer on the phone, just a voicemail, so i phoned complaint line spoke to Lavaan, explain all, uptill now, nobody called back. I tried the store no: again, spoke to Mokale, and all he could say is sorry and i must come and collet the rest. What they dont't understand, i drive 18 kil to get there and then back again. This was not my fault and problem. But they dont' care. Still without the food today, or feedback from the store or headoffice.
