I had ordered food with your call centre with the most tired sounding agents, secondly when my food arrive theres a mistake with the order, bringinging me a coke while i had clearly asked for a fanta orange and they bring me a coke instead, then i had to wait for the understanding delivery guy to go change the drink, after waiting for the drink, i arrive upstairs to find that i am only given mash while i was expecting mash and gravy, 2 the burger was in such a state that no one could eat, i dont understand if you serve this to the people that you deliver to, it looks like waste food, 3 i had to call the call centre to complain then thats when the cold manager called Leah calls me to explain that they ran out of gravy? I
have never ever been so disgusted in customer service, the coldness of your people over the phone, do you provide soft skills and telephone ettiquitte? i had to tell them to collect their food as i do not eat food for pigs! I doubt i will ever set my foot in a Kfc store again, bacause the food i was served was indeed pig food, or is it what you serve in 2014? on a lighter note I would to tahnk the Chuene the Driver for his time, you should empower people like him.
