I popped to order a pizza to go at Melrose Crossing Deboniars Pizza next to Video town. I was very disappointed by the service I got. I felt very invisible as a customer. there was a lady by the name of Daisy who had her head on the till point, sound asleep. when I walked in, she didn't recognise me until I cleared my throat, that's when she woke up & her eyes where blood red from sleep, her hair was messy, she looked like she was hit by a train. Zungu Nonhlanhla then came to the rescue, she took my order & "lovely" Daisy continued with her sleep, making the Till point a cosy pillow. I feel this was very uncalled for, very unprofessional, utter nonsense! customer is king, regardless of colour, age or race. she under estimated me & I don't think I will ever buy anything from that branch. this needs to be addressed & she needs to be dealt with. it's totally unacceptable
