I am writing this complaint on behalf of Razaan Williams - she bought a take a way meal at Nando's in Adderly Street in Cape Town. She got to work and started to eat her meal and tasted something weird in her mouth. When she inspected it it was a finger nail.
She immediatley went to the resturant and explained this to the cashier who did not even attempt to appologise or acknowledge her concern. She had to wait for 10 mins for a manager to become available.
When dealing with her he blatantly disputed the fact that it was a finger nail. When she asked him if their staff wears gloves he said no. The manager didnt didnt offer to investigate the matter and offer a follow up because to her this is unacceptable.
