We bought 4x wings meals on the 23rd sep and enjoyed them, then we made a mistake of buying them again on the 24th Sep at around 18h00 because we only noticed that they were badly burnt and pitch black upon our arival at our hotel room. We then decided to take them back and the manager in charge agrred to exchanging them. To my surprise when we got to the hotel we discoverd that they were not properly prepared (the spice was raw and uncoocked or braaied) I am really disappointed with service I received. We had to buy food somewhere else because we could not get value for our money. I am a regular Nandos customer but I dont think ill ever buy Nandos again.
