Bad Food twice within 7 days

Decided to try out the Nandos wings special about 2 weeks ago. Bought if from the same shop. It was delicious. A week later we decide to buy the same special on our way to Gauteng. When we got on the road the meat was and the spice/marinade wasn't well cooked. But we couldn't turn back to the city we were already on the N1. I bought nandos on my way back from Joburg at Maponya Mall on Sunday and it was good. Now today (17/09/2013) I decide to try the wings special again and explicitly request that it should be well done... To my dismay when I get back home we dish up and realise that the meat it's not done well as we attempt to eat it, we realise that the wings are and worse others are dry and hard. I decided I want going to pay for bad service again and drove back to the restaurant. The cashier inspected the food, took the receipt and went at the back came back and went straight to her till and gave me a refund. Then I asked were is the manager and she said he asked me to refund you and I asked he is not even coming out even to apologise and the lady said he asked me to apologise only after I asked her where he was. Bad taste and service. My last Nandos meal.
