It was not my intention to complain on HelloPeter, but after I complained directly to Nandos Kenilworth and they took down my details, they still haven't gotten back to me. We regularly buy Nandos and as time as gone by I started noticing how small the portions were getting, which I think is very unfair considering their prices. Last week I was shocked, so shocked that I even took a picture because I couldn't believe it. I opened my burger box and there was a small piece of chicken on my roll, just about covering HALF of the roll. Imagine being hungry and mostly just tasting lettuce, mayo and roll, my appetite disappeared. It was a very disappointing meal and I seriously hope that something is done about this, because I believe that you give the customer what they pay for and nothing less!
