We have had one too many bad experiences at KFC, North rand rd, Boksburg. They are constantly out of ice cream, have no crushers, serve dry chicken and get orders wrong. Tonight at 19h15 was the ultimate: the cashier advised us they didn't have ice cream for crushers yet again... while she advised this she slurped and swallowed her snot in a very unhygienic, unapologetic manner which was disgusting and enough to put you off your food. She did this a few times and when we asked for the manager to discuss this and the constant shortage of ice cream and poor quality of chicken we've been receiving, she advised the manager was in the toilet. For an outlet specializing in food, we found this revolting. The service at this branch is lacking and for the past 3-4 months, they never have ice cream. Thank goodness there is a new KFC which opened in the vicinity as we definitely won't be using this outlet again.
