I bought a large meat tripple decker on the 27/01/2013 but when I got home it was mainly the crust as the were just a pinch of what was supposed to have filled the pizza, I called the store and spoke to the manager, I explained the situation but to my surprise he went off @ me, I asked for his name and surname he refused twice & then finaly gave it, even have photos of how dry the pizza was with no enough meat in it, this shows that they always do this and get away with it, Simphiwe had a bad attitude, no manners and knows nothing about customer service, he doesn't know how to handle an unhappy client, I asked for the owners name and he only gave me the name 'Jacko' when I asked for the surname he said its Afrikaans and doesn't remember it, Simphhiwe told me that's how they measure their toppings but I also bought single layer pizzas the same day and the toppings were fine, they didn't think I would open my tripple decker hence they gave me close to nothing in toppings, if Jacko is cutting costs by doing this then he is giving the Debonairs franchise a bad name, I hate poor service and being made to feel like trash when I'm the one being wronged, I have photos for proof..nthabi
