Disappointing Experience

Our fist visit to Moyo was 20/04/12 &it was the most amazing experience! The standards was set! We don't visit Moyo often as it is 30kms from home. I booked for 18:30 on 15/01/13 as this was supposed to be a special dinner. We arrived late as the GPS coordinates from the website took us to a house in Houghton. After we were seated, Blessing checked on us. It seemed like she didn't want to be there. We weren't offered the complimentary flatbread, we had to ask for it. The Manager checked on us later&we asked for the handwash and facepaint, as no-one offered it to us. He said he'll send someone. No-one came. Our food arrived&again we asked Blessing for the handwash. She washed our hands without any passion (Our previous visit the lady sang a welcome song) or offering a towel to dry our hands. The Lamb Tegine was tasteless. After our meal we waited a very long time before Blessing checked on us. We paid our bill and left without having our faces painted as no-one cared to do so. Outside all the customers' faces were painted. I will not recommend the 'Moyo Experience' to anyone as the experience is below standard. If I wanted an expensive meal without the Moyo Experience, I could've dined closer to home.
