I went to KFC Kenilworth on 18 September with my husband and we ordered a boxmaster and a fully loaded box meal. I was not asked how I want the boxmaster but assumed it would not be the spicy one. When I got home I found out it was the spicy one I was given and this upset me because I was so hungry. I could not even eat half of it because it was so strong and the next day I was left feeling sick. My husband received a piece of thigh in his box and once I took it out the piece of chicken was soaked in oil that when I pressed a piece of the skin the oil literally dropped off which was so disgusting. The oil even smelt old. I was so disappointed because I love KFC. Please get your cashiers to confirm correct orders and not to sell old oily chicken.
