My mother and I went to Wangthai on 18th Sept expecting to have good service and some nice food and all we had was a lousy experience.
After waiting for more than 40 min to get a table, when told we were the first on the queue and would not take more than 20 min, two ladies who arrived after us were seated before us.
Food is never consistent at Wangthai. Also, waiter on training was trying hard, but unfortunately no guidance from manager. So right after the main, we ordered the bill straight, but never got the machine to pay for it, we then stood up and not one question why we had to go to reception to pay.
The so-called manager came to speak to us after my feedback to the receptionist and it was shocking to see how this obnoxious person is running a restaurant.
