The drive thru employees cheat the system that measures their quick response to a drive thru customer. One employee blocks cars to drive to the cashier, that employee takes the order and goes to the cashier to tell them your order then then the employees inside the shop start preparing your order then u can proceed to pay and then drive to collect and when u go to collect the car behind waits until i receive my order then the whole process continues. Basically if that employee does not block cars, there will be a backlog of cars on the drive thru because if the inefficiencies in delivering the drive thru service as it seems as if it takes less than 3 mins for all the orders while it actually takes over 5 mins.
