This is the second time I am complaining as I have had absolutely no reply from Mcdonald's (The new branch which opened in Great North Road, Benoni / Farrarmere. The chips we received were stale after having told to wait 20 minutes for our food. Very old chips even though there was nobody there. The hamburgers as well were not right and the sauce was three times they usually put in.
I am very upset as Macdonald's do not bother replying to hello peter or any of my emails. I nor my family will be supporting you any further because you never care about your customers.
