I am so angry at the service I got and there was no empathy to compensate the time that I waited to get my order. I understand the place was buzzing with people due to power failure in the surrounding area however, I do not expect the service to change or compromised. I was made to wait till 20:15 to get my order, I made them aware that I have been waiting for so long but I was told I was not the only one hence people that came after me had got their orders and left. I asked for a refund from Patience (Cashier) she was too busy to help me I then asked for the Manager (Bongani) who apologized but I just don't feel my money and time spent there is worth the service I got. My order was also short of one juice I had to make them aware after all the waiting. That's just ignorance and not paying attention. That was the bad service ever I got from McDonalds. I will never step my foot there.
