No response to our email complaint of dirty food

As pensioners we treat ourselves to a takeaway meal once a month, and we chose Cassies in Lorraine Gardens port Elizabeth for our meals. The food served to us, we only opened when we arrived home, was the most dirty and disgusting meals we have seen. I wrote a mail to the "Cassies contact us " adress which was obtained from their website, explaining what happened which included, and asked for the courtesy of a reply.
To this day, NOTHING, not a word.
We will see if they bother to respond to this, if not, my next stop is the press and then the consumer council!!!
The sooner these service providers to the public realise they cannot always get away with it the better, and start serving the public, which is what they are there for and not just take our money and splash out on fancy cars and what not. The customer is supposed to come first and receive good service.
