KFC Kloof must be the worst KFC I have ever been too. The staff that serve are so inefficient and useless. There is absolutely no system to order. My daughter stood there for 10 minutes whilst everyone pushed past her. I have been there when they have been carrying out repairs and drilling where they prepare the food without covering the area concerned.
However, what I find the most disturbing is how the cashiers dish out the food without using gloves. They have touched all the dirty money and yet they use their hands to make the boxes and then put in the food. This has put me off KFC for life. Imagine if they can be so blatantly dirty in front of the public what they do where the public cant see. DISGUSTING service!!
