On Saturday, went to N1 City Panarottis and received the worst service from a waitron. Was promised someone would call me. Havent heard anything since.
I had my mom with me.
Firstly the waitor had no pen to take my order, then came back a few minutes later to take my order, which i felt i needed to read out to him, came back 20min later to say our pizzas almost ready and we were still waiting for our coffee, another waitron returns with 1 less item. He didnt apologise, he sent someone else instead. While eating he came to the table 3 times while we were eating and felt quite uncomfortable. When asked for my bill he returned with the wrong bill, after that i sat and waited. i then went to the counter to the manager, the waitron Lance didnt even have our order on the system, whispers in my ear he will work it out for me i must wait...
I was actually speachless... i was told a Manager would call me. I paid and left and havent heard from them.
I am still shocked that they employ people like this...
i must add, i go there quite often and almost brag about them, hence why i took my mom... o well i wont be doing that again...
