I went for lunch today with a friend to Ninos at the FNB Bank City today. We ordered tramezzini sandwiches with chilli in them as per the menu. what we received were tramezzini's with no chilli. So I asked our waitress to call the manager as this was incorrect and she (the waitress) had no answers. The manager whose name is Fatima Louis came and I explained to her that the food had no chilli as per the menu, she then said that she was told that there was chilli so there's nothing she can do, she can either brings the chilli to us. I asked her how does she suppose we put the chilli in the tramezzini ourselves, there is melted cheese in there and how could we possibly put it in. She then went on to say: Quote..."what do you want me to do, do you want the tramezzini's or not? ", her tone was rather unsettling as a manager I was hoping she would at least say that she would go and she what was going on in the kitchen. She went on to say that she does not make the food (we already knew that). not once did she apologise or show any remorse. I'm really unhappy with how she handled the situation and us with such unprofessionalism. She was being obnoxious and clearly in a bad mood.
