I was at KFC in cape town capricon i bought two streetwice twos i was using my sumsung awards card then the guy that was helping me told me that the card got declined then imediatly the sms came through my phone confirming that the money went through i showed this sms to them and the other guy i think he is a line manager told me that they cant refund me i need to bring a statement then i asked him that where can i get a statement bcz this is not a bank card then he told me that he cant help me it is gonna reverse but up untill now theres nothing reversed so i lost my money without geting what i want.
