We frequently buy KFC as our 3 year old son loves it. On sunday we went to KFC New Road, in Midrand (we always use this KFC). We clearly said we do not want any toppings on the kiddies burger (meal) as our son does not like them. I also asked for a zinger patty for my boxmaster (meal). I made sure of the order at the window, all was confirmed correctly. When we got home, the burger was dripping with mayonaise and lettuce, and my boxmaster had a normal patty. This is not the service we expect from KFC, especially the one in New Road, as we've been using this KFC for the past 6 years ever since we've moved to Midrand. We're very disappointed with the service received as I also asked if twice if the order was correct! The only thing they got right was the zinger burger my wife ordered, but even that barely had any zinger sauce on it and was very dry. My son was excited to receive another garfield toy... only to be told that they "no longer" give garfield toys?!?!?!!? then why advertise it on huge boards!?!?!?!?! never the less, that made him sad.
