We ordered food from Fishaways Sandton City Mall on the 2 sept, we ordered food for 8 people a meal with comprises of nuggets, prawns and calamari rings as well as chips. when we arrived at the office everyone took their order and two people found the prawns not well done inside and they continued to check if the nuggets where the same only to find that they were not very well done as well. we took the food back and explained to them what is the situation, the chefs in the kitchen gave us such bad attitude they were screaming at us accross the kitchen while we standing at the counter and they told us they will not replace our food but they will take it back to the pan and re do it!!! in doing so, the nuggets and the calamari were soooo hard and dry we could not eat them,
instead of acknowledging their error and apologise they were so rude and arrogant, throwing the food at us instead of apologising as their valuable customer, because we order food from them every night when we do overtime and our order is not less than R500 every day its not only our department but the whole office.
our employer has decided that we dont ever order from them we will be ordering from KFC!!
