KFC does not keep their promise

We bought food at KFC Nelspruit and only discovered that the cabbage cold slaw is off. We phone the national call centre which replied by sms with CAS-18285-Z1G0C9 as reference number. Stating that a company rep will call. The rep did call and offered a replacement meal at White River KFC the following Monday. This never happened and KFC till to day have not followed this up!
