Bought a meaty filla and a chicken filla on saturday as I was having guests. The meaty filla was good, but my guests complained bout the chicken filla after three of them ate three pieces. I called the store to complain and I spoke to the manager by the name of Moffet. Imagine I drove from Olifantsfontein to Centurion as I always do because their pizza is good. Moffet me tells that I must bring the pizza back, and he was rude as if Im on the wrong. I didnt cook the pizza! I did send the pizza back but on a monday with four slices and Debonairs has been calling me saying this issue will be fixed till today Im still waiting. I have never negotiated for food before but on monday I did. I have negotiated for contracts, this was an experience. lol.
To cut a long story short, Debonairs must take lessons from Makro for good customer care.
