My BF came over to visit on the evening of the 27 November 2013. We decided to order Pizza. When calling the Westgate mall branch they mentioned that they do not deliver and that I should call Princess crossing. Which I did. I ordered the Chicken Pizza Filla (which is supposed to have creamy mushroom and chicken filling. Close to 9pm the Pizza arrived.
To our dismay the pizza was flat flat. Very little toppings on the inside, nothing creamy, cheesy or otherwise... I spent my last money to get that Pizza because I loved it. It is by far my favorite pizza. If I am paying full price like everyone else why deliver a nasty flat pizza. A Pizza filla is not flat at all. U guys added a whole lot of Feta cheese and garnishing on flat bread. I always come to your branches at Princess Crossing and Westgate Mall. Our evening was ruined thanks to Debonairs Princess Crossing.
I would urgently like to have someone get back to me please to explain themselves and provide a way forward. There was no discount. I paid full price and expect quality please.
