Arrived at the store at 20h45 on 21August 2013. Staff all standing around, some cleaning, others doing nothing. Approach the sales counter and was attended by a non- enthusiatic lady with a name tag- Meisie. Tried to place and order for four zinger wings- was told it will take 15 minutes!!! Then wanted to order a street wise two meal- Oh sorry cant do as they only have a single piece of chicken left??? Surprise that their trading hours apparently is until 22h00 or maybe even 23h00??? needless to say left without any food.
There were two vehicles at the drive tru and not sure whether they were served???
Not a good advert for the brand as we frequently visited the store in the past. Will now support competition where we received the most unbeleivable service. KFC- I wish to hand you a huge beef!!!
