November 7, 2012 I bought a streetwise one at KFC, Cape Town Airport. After the third scoop of the mash and gravy I've tasted something funny and lifted the bucket just to see some green liquid at the bottom of the bucket. I returned the food and the Manager apologised and then replaced the meal. The same afternoon my stomach started cramping and I vomited. I couldn't eat my supper nor sleep but vomited the whole night. The next day the doctor gave me a medical report and proof of payment and I also advised Airport Company South Africa. I was then told to contact the Call Centre and got a case number. No one ever got back to me after I was promised that someone will but I had to phone myself every once a week to find out what the holdup was. In March 2013 I was told the process is taking long due to a new Call Centre that opened and had to reopen my case. In June 2013 I received a call from Junaid (0717792624) the Manager of KFC (Airport) to be advised that he can only give my family a treat but will come back to me within a week. I am still awaiting his phone call. I phoned him a few time but he just don't answer his phone, if he does he explain the timing is not right.
