Disgusting service from your Tokai branch! I have been trying literally non stop to contact them to make a booking for an anniversary booking and no one even answers! Why have a phone if no one answers! Now I will have to go somewhere else with my business... sad. I posted that to their Facebook wall and they logged on the next day, made a post and decided to ignore my complaint... adding insult to injury...
All I wanted was to make an anniversary dinner booking... terrible service not once but twice now... disgusting service... and twice
