I bought 4 burgers with chips on 14 Aug. Steeds had to deliver. I requested that they make fresh patties and not take patties from the bay-marine. I made it clear that I want warm food. The chips were warm when it was delivered. I called Steers to get the owners cell no. They did not want to give it to me me. I must say say, the owner did call me back on a wrong customers name (seems that they had more than one problem last night)
A person don't complain to get a FREE voucher - to me it is not FREE in the first place. They should replace the entire order. Sadly that was not offered, just a voucher.
