Went to Mugg and Bean in Mossel Bay to-day, for the first and most certainly the last time. In FULL VIEW of all the customers in close proximity to where she was working, the lady behind the counter was, with her BARE hands, scooping handsful of muffin mixture into the paper wrappers. Never in my life have I seen anything as disgusting and unhygienic as this is a public eatery.
If this happens in full view of customers I hate to think of what takes place behind the scenes there.
Please Mr/Ms Manager, tell me that you are not aware of this procedure or is it acceptable to you. For me, and I am sure MANY others, it is totally UNACCEPTABLE!!!
