I called to place an order (toasted chic and mayo sandwich) on the 2013/07/31 at 08h30 and was told that an order from my office and if I knew who that was since they had forgotten to take down the caller's name, I didnt and went on to place my order, lef my name .10h00 my collegues get their food and my order was not delivered, I call to find out and was placed on hold till I hung up and went to the shop, Got there and people preparing the order claim to have prepared it but the delivery guy never got the order and through all this no one is comunication to be I just overheard them talking, and then the person I spoke to went back to taking orders, living me there with no order nor an explanation...
