What a waste of my time, you are not “fresh”

I drove 74KM to Rustenburg to eat at CTFM; my regular place with my regular order. I have noticed a steady decline in quality over the last couple of weeks but today was just the last straw. Firstly there was no coffee for some or other reason, then my usual hot Prawn curry arrived in a pot that was not only half full but it was the most horrible tasting junk with lots of small hard prawns in it. (Probably frozen stock from Pick and pay)
When I questioned the waiter he said that the recipe changed and they now have a homemade curry.
Are you kidding me? What is the use of a franchise if branches are allowed to dish up junk? I eat at CTFM every weekend and have experienced the same taste in 4 branches. It is not worth the drive to Rustenburg.

BTW don't bother phoning the customer care number I am sure it is managed by the Rustenburg branch so it is not serviced as well.
