Cash reigester attendant poor service and hygiene

I was in the queue waiting to be helped, when I heard all the people complaining, then i saw the cashier was dropping food, she then picked up the food, she served it to a customer, then i, asked her to talk to the Manager, the manager was called but no response . this is poor hygiene and I, won't recommend any body to buy there. Management is up to at this KFC.
