At 7:03 on 30/11/2013 I called Barcelos Lenasia and ordered a Family Pack mild and requested a coleslaw instead of a garden salad. the total cost being R159.90 the food arrived by delivery cold to begin with. another is the pink in the meat. the chicken was not cooked completely through the order came with a garden salad and I requested a coleslaw upon placing my order. I mean really does your company pride themselves on serving half cooked food. I called back immediately to asked why the garden salad but no answer on their land line number. this has now cost me another R200 for a family meal but from another supplier. your Gold reef city branch prepares the finest chicken I have ever tasted and thought that the quality of food in lenasia would be the same, I was so wrong please make sure that product satisfaction and quality is practised across all your branches otherwise I will not be the only person complaining on hello peter. could I please get feedback regarding this matter!
