I buy from the Romans Pizza Vorna Valley all the time. On 3 Aug, on our way to a family gathering in PTA, we stopped at the Mamelodi Crossing store to buy pizza for the kids. My sister & cousin went into the store at 13:10 & they only managed to place their orders at 13:33. When I went in to check why is their order taking long, I spoke to the cashier Andries. To tell you that this man has uttely disgusting manner is an understatement. He told me that their pizza orders take an hour and I should sit down like all the other customers and not complain. Told him that we can't wait that long and asked for the refund... he refused, saying that he can't get a refund once the money is in the register! Since we don't wanna loose our money, we had to wait while the kitchen staff looked like they are on a picnic... laughing, talking & taking their own time.. Our orders where only called at 13:59. Andries went on to disrespect me throwing the pizza to me. I went crazy, caused a scene & demanded to speak to a manager. I was told the manager was this other cashier who was just as useless & kept saying sorry while laughing. This has left a bad taste & I will never set foot at Romans Pizza again!!!
