On the 2 July, i sent a written compliant to KFC, about the poor quality of food I purchased the day before. The order was incorrect and stale. To this day I have not got any feedback from the KFC Customer Care or the Northway Branch. I've called the call centre numerous times, with people promising to call back, (of course this was not done). Apparently my case has been escalated, but to whom I wonder, since I've received no feedback after a month!!!
I'm disgusted at the service of such a big franchise.
