On Saturday evening I decided to spoil my partner to a romantic dinner at above mentioned restaurant. This been our first time to the restaurant. We got all smartly dressed and we arrived just after 9pm. Upon entering the establishment my partner was surprised at the welcome we received. We were just told to go sit at the bar and wait. Eventually a gentleman came and fetched us and led us through to the outside seating area passing filthy un cleaned tables and dirty used dishes left on the tables. Our table was missing eating utensils and the waiter seemed to be in a rush. He then brought through some kind of salad selection. Upon inspection of this assortment we noticed that the salads were dry and used. The bowls in which they were served were filthy dirty the salad dressing was at the bottom of the bowls. The meat that we were served was dry and over cooked om the flames. We refused to eat anything more due to the state of the food. Then they bring us desert which again was served in filthy bowls covered in finger prints (which tells me gloves are not used in the restaurant). We were then hit with R185 per person.
