This has been the third time I have experienced not getting my full order from this KFC at the new shopping centre in Sunningdale. The first time we never received our chips, the second time we never received the gravy that comes with the pap and now the third time we never received all the pieces of chicken. This is extremely frustrating and when going through the drive through you cant always check the items given especially when it comes to the chicken... what exactly happens to the items that was paid for but not given... Is this from the staff doing this deliberately? Not impressed. I suggest competent staff be hired!
