I purchased a 6 piece family meal and a fully loaded box earlier this evening. when arriving home I opened the box with chicken only to find 5 pieces of chicken in the box. in addition to this the gravy bowls were less than half full. This is definitely not the first time this has happened to me, in fact this has happened regularly over the past couple of years. I have now reached the point that although I reside less than a km from this KFC branch, I will never go back. I can understand one mistake, even two or three, but to have this occur on a regular basis? Will the management of this branch and head office please look into this, as I now believe that this needs to be investigated. Thank you.
