Drove thru KFC drive thru and placed an order for 1 cappuccino and 1 espresso, collected order and drove of, my espresso felt a bit light so i decided to open cup to have a look, in a 250ml cup there was about 30ml of espresso. Drove back to KFC to complain about it and I was told "the machine is set up this way and if i wanted to fill it then they will oblige to fill it with some water".
Without making a scene i told the lady she can keep her espresso and drove off.
