Nandos chicken no good

My order was a well done chicken meal. The chicken was not well done. It was a take away order. When I called to complain, I was told that I must come in the next day... er what about supper. The manager on duty furnished me with another managers cell number. This manager was so rude to me. She was irate as to why I called her cell. No assistance offered. Pathetic
