First off, i would like to say thank you to Steers for honouring our constitution, by not making the decision for the consumer on whether or not to eat bacon or other pork products.
Thank you for remaining secular, and not giving priority to one religion over another, or lack thereof.
Secondly, i would like to make a suggestion: Last night i had a Bacon, Cheese & Chicken Hero Roll, and a King Steer Burger. I took the bacon off the Hero roll and rendered out the fat, causing the stringiness to disappear, thereby making the bacon crispy. This is how bacon should be cooked. It brings out the awesome bacon flavour. And besides, who wants to eat string fatty bacon? (Rendered bacon = less fat) Also, i added some rocket. Just those 2 ingredients made this a SUPERHERO roll (you may use this if you do an advert ;) Simple cooking techniques and good, fresh ingredients make a huge difference :)
On the King Steer, i added good quality mayo, just a bit, and a dash of Jalapeno sauce. A-ma-zing!
Your patties used to be comparable to Spurs.. that awesome flamed-grilled (charred) flavour (well-seasoned patty).. but now they are more comparable to McD's :(
