Good day,
The lack of simple understanding at the KFC in Rosebank is alarming. I came in yesterday to buy a meal that costed R29.90 and ended up paying twice the amount due to the cashier who swiped my card twice saying it did not go thru the first time, as i was eating I got two sms notification about the payment. Which when I enquired Portia M the cashier called stupid manager Nkgore whom I do not understand how she is the assistant manager when she fail to contain a simple matter and despite me showing her proof of the transaction she still calls me a, and just told to go away until I have a bank statement she cannot talk to me. Having explained to her this is not your ordinary card you cannot get a statement as it a Samsung gift card, she said I should go away the is nothing she can do for me.
I manage one of the big retail outlets I know what needs to be done in a case like this but she did none of that, even after I had given her advise on how to go about resolving this, she is just an without in hope she should not be in the service industry.
I need a formal letter from the store as well as my back ASAP.
