Went to King Pie in St Peters Square Observatory this morning and wanted to order the 'Unleash the quiche" special and was very rudely told by the cashier/service attendant that its not available and she walked away. I then called her again and asked when it will be available and she said in 30 minutes or so in a very unpolite manner. I was shocked at the service received. Why are you advertising something which you clearly know will not be available (bait advertising?). Please put up a notice saying that the promotion item is subject to a 30 min delay! Also, train your staff to atleast put a smile on their face when they talk to customers first thing in the morning! Unbelievable!
