This is yet another complaint about KFC Onverwacht in Lephalale, Limpopo... After waiting 45min to get to the ordering window with only 6 cars infront of us we came to the ordering window only to hear that we will have to wait another 20min for our chicken... Sadly, it was another 45 minutes wait and not 20min as told. One and a half hours wait for 2 street wise 2s??? UNACEPTABLE!!! All the cars in the line is waiting and hooting like mad! When we asked one of the KFC staff what the hold up is the one said..."waiting on chicken " and walked away... How can you not know that on a friday evening you will have to prep! AND I DONT WANT ANOTHER APOLOGY LETTER... it doesnt HELP!!! Where are the Managers? Service? I WANT ANSWERS!!! And ofcourse quick service!!! Sorry doesnt cut it anymore!
