We had gone this evening to Bugatti in The Grove in Pretoria. I ordered the most simple thing with two requests. Double chicken burger, regular sweet chilli sauce instead of mayo and no cheese (I am heavily alergic). The food came and I started with the chips not really paying attention to my burger much. When I wanted to start eating my burger itself there was only one piece of chicken and there was no sweet chilli sauce on it. So I called the waiter, asked that they bring the sauce on the side and also just the missing chicken. Well if only knew the that was going to start kicking of from there on... Not 3 min from the time he left the table we saw him coming out with a plate, on it was mayo sauce and 'n meat patty? I said I was allergic to the mayo and that I didn't want half a chicken burger and half a beef. He was not happy and thought I should just take it anyway. But hello? So he left again, min later another person came back with the same plate. Memory, and did she have an attitude. She left and then that same plate came back for a 3rd time. I was told to f myself. I told her I will and she can also. When I left I said to the other manager I hopes she looses her job!!
