Seems like the only Mugg and Bean that knows how to treat their customers and give the correct service and proper food is the one in Eastgate Mall. The service at the Sandton city is atrocious. My friend and I were chased out of our seats because we had to make way for some people (who never came). When the food came it was cold and we had to keep calling other watrons to get other side dishes and condiments as ours just kept disappearing even when the meal came what we expected as a decent meal did not measure up to the standards that we expected.
