On Sunday my boyfriend and I went to Annica's for breakfast. It was a beautiful day and we asked to sit outside, but the waiters claimed that there were people sitting at the tables outside. We sat inside on the understanding that when a table outside opened up we would move (please note there was ONE person outside, there was plenty of space for us). We waited over 10 minutes to catch someone's attention to order even though the only other customers were a bridal shower with a buffet who didn't need assistance. We ordered our food and drinks and sat for over 20 minutes, and not even our drinks arrived. Then two people arrived and asked to sit outside and were taken out and seated immediately. We tried to ask the waiters what was going on but after calling and waving at THREE who just walked past and ignored (including one who sidled up, put forks on the table and then ran off while refusing to talk to us we left.
As we walked out the waiters kind of blinked and didn't react, they didn't even want our business.
Thanks for nothing, we will not be returning to your store, and plans for several big birthdays and functions will be moved elsewhere, where our business is appreciated
