Inconsistent Pricing across Branches

Good Day

We've visited various Wimpy franchises across the country, including Cape Town (Canal Walk Airport), Durban (Suncoast, Pavillion, Gateway) and JHB (Gold Reef, Clearwater, Cresta, Randpark Ridge, the Glen and Sun City) and the service is the same, except for the following: OR Tambo and Monte Casino.

When ordering the Lamb Breakfast, it normally comes with Bacon, which my wife and I do not eat. The branches listed above have always been accomodating and removed the Bacon from the order, including the price of the bacon from bill.

However, the monte Casino and OR Tambo branches refuse to do so and offer alternatives which are more expense. I need to ask why?
When viewing the Terms and conditions on [URL Removed] I see no mention that if removing items from the order, they can still be charged by the establishment. I only notice the following "All extra's will change the cost of the meal as well as published nutritional values".

This is perfectly fine since I often add an additional lamb sausage, but in place of the Bacon, it works out fine.

Why are the rules consistent across so many branches, but not these two?
